Returns Policy

1st Class Packaging will not be held liable for any costs incurred in collecting goods if they have been ordered incorrectly.  We hold the right to change a 10% fee (of the original order value) for collecting, returning and handling returned goods.  The Buyer is required to provide written confirmation to 1st Class Packaging within 24hrs of receipt of the goods, if they are to be returned.  Return of goods may not be accepted unless the Buyer can prove the goods were ordered correctly.
